Trailblazers Program for BIPOC Women

Formalize a community-initiated program called Trailblazers, a collaborative initiative between affinity groups and nonprofit. The goal of this program is that Black, Indigenous, People of Color who identify as women and non-binary people build agency in the outdoors, improve their physical and mental health, and cultivate community through joyful, safe and self-led interactions in nature.
