Aron Grodinsky

Backed by a deep understanding of investment strategies across various asset classes, Aron stepped into the chief investment officer role with 18 years of institutional asset and high net worth investment management experience as an allocator of capital. Previously, he acted as executive director at Perella Weinberg Partners/Agility, an outsourced chief investment officer firm, where he worked on global equities, fixed income and real assets, and assisted with the roll out of Environmental, Social and Governance-focused (ESG) and mission-related investments. He has spent most of his career working for, or with, mission-orientated organizations.

Aron came to The Colorado Health Foundation in April 2022 inspired by a belief that everyone should have access to health services. His childhood in Canada instilled in him that health care is an essential right and taught him the positive impact that access to guaranteed, affordable health care can have on someone’s life. He lived in Virginia and New York before moving to Colorado to bring his family of five closer to relatives.

In his free time, Aron likes to explore Colorado’s winter wonderland by skiing, playing hockey or catching an Avalanche game with his wife and three children. You can find Aron hiking and mountain biking throughout the Front Range or coaching youth sports during the warmer months. For Aron, life is good when he is feeding his friends and family with goodies from his barbecue and smoker.
