Project Description
Support to increase health advocacy for mobile home residents, and strengthen legal advocacy role, by protecting rights to safe and stable housing and avoiding homelessness and its associated health impacts. The proposed initiative will do so by: 1) educating residents on how to form homeowners' associations; 2) developing best practices for owners to address COVID-19 impacts; 3) providing continuous legal clinics; and 4) training volunteer attorneys to facilitate pro bono legal representation.
