Project Description
Expand and enhance our collaborative efforts to support residents in gaining health coverage, maintaining coverage, and utilizing it to the full potential of their plan. This proposal also develops a learning system for partners and the community to help identify targeted populations on a real-time basis and develop systems for local and state advocacy where needed.
