Project Description
CRHC will use the Amplifying Health Advocacy funding to gather, articulate and amplify the rural voice and ultimately influence policy decisions on the state and federal level. The program will further health equity for rural Coloradans by increasing access, affordability and quality of primary care. These efforts are necessary to the health and sustainability of rural Colorado.
