Project Description
Construct a 12,000 Collaborative Care Center which will include a 5,000 square foot clinic on land previously purchased by Clear Creek County. Under an integrated care framework, the facility will house primary care, mental health and oral health care services to meet the needs of residents in Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties.
