Northwest Colorado Peer Recovery Supports

Slow the cycle of intergenerational substance use disorder (SUD) in Routt and Moffat Counties through peer interventions. Identify family units at risk for youths with SUD, including families with parental SUD, incarceration or a history of abuse, and provide evidence-based, peer-delivered interventions, prioritizing uninsured people, Medicaid members, poorer regions, and Latine people.
