Project Description
Strengthen virtual training systems that will standardize work flows and clinical competencies for staff at 12 urban and rural medical sites, including the School-Based Health Centers in Fort Collins and Southwest Colorado. These systems will help staff work to the top of their scope, reinforce team-based care principles and safety standards and enable staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care and advance health equity for over 23,000 patients.
