Build the individual and collective leadership of a cohort of nonprofit leaders of color who are committed to advocating for health and justice in Colorado. By strengthening the relationships, power, and network of this group of leaders dedicated to community organizing, they will in turn engage more community members to advance major social change and improve the health of the state.
