Advancing Healthcare in Southwest Colorado - Axis Health System and The Center for Mental Health Merger Project

Support the merger of Axis Health System and The Center for Mental Health to create better scale, utilization of resources and to provide the foundation for long-term sustainability in a region that is rural, frontier, sparsely populated and identified as a Health Professional Shortage Area and Medically Underserved Population. The combined organization will continue the unique, community-based care approach throughout the merged region.
