Project Description
Build new partnerships, regional capacity and infrastructure to plan and launch SLV Veterans to Farmers programs. VC-SLV and WV-SLV engage Veterans, their families, organizations, agencies, businesses and individuals to develop opportunities for Veterans in the areas of health and wellness, education and employment, and seek to establish community-based pathways for SLV Veterans to Farmers.
