Community Land Ownership as a Pathway to Health Equity

Work in coalition with partners in target geographies to address systemic inequities that target BIPOC and low-income folks by advocating for and driving equitable investment into community-led solutions, authentic community engagement and community land ownership models. Support partners to identify community ownership models that will stabilize those at risk of displacement, maintain place, build infrastructure to sustain equitable development and help achieve health equity.
