Create and Maintain a Healthy Grand County Community Leader Cohort

Create and maintain a community leader cohort serving people impacted by complex social problems, like mental health, housing, and transportation. Healthy Grand County Community Leaders will receive training on power and community mapping, belonging, advocacy, and storytelling to incorporate their voices in existing decision-making structures.
