Increase the reach and effectiveness of Weld County School District 6's wellness program by sustaining elementary, k-8, and middle school wellness teams, expansion of student wellness teams into high schools, expansion of the evidence-based program Playworks, and inclusion of students and the community through the implementation of a district-wide student wellness fair.
