DEI within Mountain Recreation and for Eagle County

Increase Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) learning and application to change organization culture with staff to better serve the Latino community. This DEI focus will include staff trainings, Spanish language courses, increases Spanish translation of materials, hiring staff and instructors from the Latino community, and Spanish-first fitness classes.
