Dolores County Health Association (DCHA), located in Dove Creek, Colorado, has historically operated as a single-site location since 1975 and serves a large catchment area, including Cortez, Colorado, located over 35 miles from Dove Creek. DCHA plans to increase accessibility and reduce cost barriers for the residents of Cortez and surrounding areas by opening a satellite dental clinic in January of 2019.
