Project Description

Providing a year-long lifestyle change program in which adults at risk for type 2 diabetes meet in a group with a trained Lifestyle Coach. The evidence-based program follows the National Institutes of Health Diabetes Prevention research study and is endorsed by the CDC. Program goals include up to 5-7% reduction of body weight and 150 min. of physical activity per week.
