Project Description
Support 12-18 year old youth of color and LGBTQ youth by helping build self-awareness, resilience, and emotional health. Using the outdoors, STEM learning and environmentalism as the bases, ELK will support youth in racial, ethnic, sexual and/or gender identity development, demonstration of agency, and experiences of belonging by responding to the cultural dynamics of the group.
