Mental Health Parity in Colorado

Collect data on and strengthen the enforcement of mental health parity in collaboration with the Colorado Coalition for Parity by: 1) Monitoring parity enforcement and data collection efforts at DOI; 2) Advocating for stronger enforcement of existing laws, rules and regulations; 3) Expanding the link from consumers and consumer organizations to DOI and to insurers; and 4) Advocating for additional rules, policies or state legislation impacting parity and network adequacy in Colorado.
