Project Description
Peer Supported Recovery will provided guidance and support navigating treatment systems, and connecting clients with other wraparound services (ex. Housing assistance) currently available at SLV BHG to ensure stability in their lives and ongoing support and resiliency though the recovery process. To ensure a successful recovery, it is essential that community-based case management services are directly connected to mental health and substance use care.
