San Luis Valley Comprehensive Housing Market Study

Complete the first comprehensive housing market study in the San Luis Valley (Valley). This study will include all 6 counties (Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande, and Saguache) and a dozen or more towns and cities with a focus on those communities traditionally left out of housing growth and collaborations to improve housing access. The goal will be to obtain a more inclusive perspective of housing so an action plan can lead to a solution in partnership with the City of Alamosa.
