Statewide Fiscal Policy Reform

Advance health equity through coordinated research, outreach, advocacy and communication on the fiscal and public investment structures driving mobility, particularly for low-income households. Define and strengthen the case for public investment; envision, develop, and research options for a more equitable tax system to serve changing needs; and help policy leaders, advocates, and the public understand fiscal proposals from an equity perspective.
