Transform Youth Development

Engage diverse youth participants in dialogue, cross-identity relationship-building, experiential workshops and community change projects to develop self-identity, peer and adult relationships, sense of agency and leadership and nonviolent conflict transformation skills. Building on the frameworks of social-emotional learning, positive youth development, and anti-oppression, Transform ultimately supports participants' overall well-being and increases their resilience.
