Youth Behavioral Health Services in Colorado School Districts

The Education Policy Project (EPP) and Colorado School Finance Project (CSFP) were hired by the Colorado Health Foundation (CHF) to undertake a scan of the resources available for youth behavioral health services for students in Colorado school districts. In this report, the study team first examines how school districts in Colorado are funded and how those sources of revenues can be utilized to provide youth behavioral health services for students.
