Gazella Bensreiti

Gazella (she/her) has worked in human resources and people operations for more than five years, earning the nickname “Ultimate Culture Carrier.” At the Foundation, Gazella helps oversee routine functions within the HR department, including administering pay and benefits, hiring and interviewing, and enforcing policies.

Tracy Breckenridge

In her role as Senior Communications Manager, Tracy (she/her) is a true collaborator. She partners with those both inside and outside of the Foundation to streamline communication processes and strategies that foster efficiency in a way that supports the collective goal of bringing health — and health equity — in reach for all Coloradans. Tracy is known to bring smiles and laughs to any conference room she’s in, connecting with her colleagues’ sense of humor all while ensuring everyone is striving toward the Foundation’s mission.

Brandi Dye

Brandi (she/her) has known since 2015 that her calling is to use words to make a positive impact on people’s lives, and she does just that at the Foundation as the Communications Officer.

Rudy Hobson

Rudy (he/his) began his career as a naval officer and pilot in the U.S. Navy and moved into leadership and engineering roles after his military career. Thanks to a graduate school internship, he has spent more than 20 years in the world of investment management, supporting the profound missions of foundations and endowments.

Hannah Chen

Hannah (she/her) was drawn to the tech and information management industry by her interest in the ever-evolving applications of technology and its power for positive change. At the Foundation, she works behind the scenes, supporting important initiatives through systems management, process improvement and operations/facilities management.

Lisa Toyne

Lisa Toyne is a Senior Administrative Assistant with a passion for supporting others and facilitating their success. With 12 years of experience in administrative roles, she thrives in behind-the-scenes work and finds fulfillment in uplifting people and helping them reach their full potential.

At the Foundation, Lisa describes her role as administrative support for Team Pine. Her primary focus is to ensure the success of the team and the grantees they work with, contributing to the Foundation’s smooth operation and achievement of its mission.

Sambath Kong

Sambath Kong is an IT and AV Support Technician with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance user experiences. At the Foundation, he applies his expertise to support technology improvement projects, ensuring smooth operations and optimizing user experiences. Sambath’s dedication to the Foundation’s mission is fueled by his desire to contribute to the advancement of health equity and enable individuals to pursue good health.

Felisa Gonzales

Felisa comes to the Foundation with a rich past in evaluation. She spent the early years of her career researching disparities in health access and outcomes. As she spent more time in that space, she felt drawn to move toward philanthropy as a means to deploy new solutions to problems facing the most vulnerable communities in Colorado. Felisa sees evaluation as the best way she can use her methodological training in service to health equity in the state. 

David Proper

David brings a vast background in mission-oriented communications to the Foundation. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in effectively delivering messages that resonate with diverse audiences, aligning them with the vision and purpose of the organizations he serves.

Kelli Rogers

Kelli is a seasoned philanthropy professional with a knack for understanding systems and helping people navigate processes. Coming from another organization where she was doing similar work in grants management, Kelli hopes to continue removing unnecessary barriers in the grantmaking process. At the Foundation, she wants to create thoughtful processes so that our nonprofit partners can submit grant applications with ease and clarity.
