Support the long-term vision of moving the CHAS from an asset that is not only informed by communities but one that communities shape and in which their experiences are reflected. Build on past success and work with two focus communities-to develop new partnerships, employ intentional strategies to inform local decisions, and deeply reflect on our learnings-with the goal of decreasing inequities in Colorado.

Colorado Donor Impact Fund

Raise a $10M Donor Impact Fund to fund upward economic mobility in Colorado. The Donor Impact Fund (DIF): - Aggregates philanthropic capital from multiple donors - Deploys performance-based donations to nonprofit organizations after impact has been achieved (pay-for-success) - Engages impact investors - Sets nonprofits up for success with access to larger amounts of capital over longer timelines at a lower cost

Advancing Healthcare in Southwest Colorado - Axis Health System and The Center for Mental Health Merger Project

Support the merger of Axis Health System and The Center for Mental Health to create better scale, utilization of resources and to provide the foundation for long-term sustainability in a region that is rural, frontier, sparsely populated and identified as a Health Professional Shortage Area and Medically Underserved Population. The combined organization will continue the unique, community-based care approach throughout the merged region.

The Denver Basic Income Project

Implement guaranteed basic income (GBI) as a tool for lifting up low-income individuals and families. DBIP will be the first program in the U.S. and the largest randomized control study in the world to study the impact of providing GBI specifically to individuals experiencing homelessness.

ReproCollab: Colorado Collaborative for Innovations in Reproductive Health Equity

Support ReproCollab: Colorado Collaborative for Innovations in Reproductive Health Equity in pursuing innovative strategies to achieve reproductive health equity in Colorado. Engage clinicians, community organizations, grassroots community leaders, advocates, funders, researchers and youth to engage their expertise and influence to reimagine what is possible when diverse communities across the state determine their own reproductive health.

Purchase loans from DreamSpring, the only member of the Microfinance Impact Collaborative (MIC) that focuses on Colorado, and expand partnerships with Colorado-based CDFI microlenders.
