Backed by a deep understanding of investment strategies across various asset classes, Aron stepped into the chief investment officer role with 18 years of institutional asset and high net worth investment management experience as an allocator of capital. Previously, he acted as executive director at Perella Weinberg Partners/Agility, an outsourced chief investment officer firm, where he worked on global equities, fixed income and real assets, and assisted with the roll out of Environmental, Social and Governance-focused (ESG) and mission-related investments.

A lifelong learner, Phil is driven by a desire to turn lessons learned from research and evaluation into proactive policies and positive, lasting change. Phil has sought out a variety of avenues to further his education, from earning a Masters of Social Work to teaching at a school in Peru. His academic and professional pursuits are united by a passion for understanding pathways that can lead us all to better health.

Kathy joined The Colorado Health Foundation in the summer of 2021, backed by 15-plus years of administrative experience in a variety of sectors, including nonprofit and philanthropy. As the executive assistant for impact, she supports the Foundation’s chief impact officer, vice president of community investment and impact, and portfolio director for impact investing. Additionally, she assists both the Policy Team and Learning & Evaluation Team.

Erin came to the Foundation backed by 25-plus years directing civic programs and services. She possesses a deep knowledge about equity, leadership and coaching, gained by leading a variety of organizations and government offices. As the Foundation’s vice president of community investment and impact, Erin oversees the deployment and impact of grants and community investments in conjunction with its four-member executive team. 

Kaitlin possesses a strong background handling the finances of mission-oriented organizations and foundations. As senior accounting manager, she leads the Foundation’s tax and auditing processes, and collaborates with staff on the ongoing analysis of our finances.
